--Permaculture Design--
We will design your outdoor space combining food production and resource conservation, according the principles of Permaculture design. Read more about Permaculture design on the Permaculture page.
--Medicinal Herb Gardens--
Urban Edibles will design Herb gardens utilizing many beautiful and easy-to-grow medicinal plants that can be used for teas, tinctures and other herbal preparations.
--Habitat Gardens--
Gardens designed to attract birds, butterflies, and/or bees can be designed or incorporated into any landscape plan.

--Greywater Consultation--
We offer consultation on greywater systems to re-use household greywater and provide irrigation to the garden.
--Rainwater Catchment--
Rain barrels and other catchment systems can be utilized and incorporated into the garden design.
--Emergency and Disaster Preparedness--
Your food production will assist in your disaster preparedness. We also develop systems to replenish stored drinking water supplies as part of a maintenance contract. End-of-season canning and food preservation can be part of your maintenance contract.
--Surplus Sharing Networks--
Each space will produce some types of crops better than others. As your city farmer, we will facilitate and encourage neighbors to share their surplus crops with each other, thereby increasing the amounts and types of food each client has access to.

--Local Food Security--
Through growing your own food and sharing surpluses with others, our whole community gains greater food security.
--Consultation and Support for Chickens and Ducks--
We encourage those who have space and interest to consider keeping chickens or ducks, and we offer assistance in their care and maintenance.
--Bee Guardian Services--
We are looking for suitable yards whose owners would be open to having honeybees on the property that we can maintain on a regular basis (about every two weeks). The primary goal is to ensure healthy colonies of bees in this time of honeybee crisis. If there is extra honey that the bees produce it will be shared with the homeowner and community.
--Education Services--
All services are available as classes through one-on-one or group consultation. Host a class in your backyard and receive a discount on other services.
